Jonathan McPike serves as the President of Agathos Law, a corporate and securities law firm that specializes in representing Parallel Economy companies.  His typical client thinks that America has gone completely off the rails, is really distressed about it, is highly motivated to go do something about it, and is going to do it by starting, buying, or running a business.  Before founding Agathos Law, Jonathan practiced private equity, venture capital, securities, and corporate law at large law firms, including at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago.  Jonathan also served as a law clerk at the Indiana Supreme Court.  He holds a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law–Bloomington and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.

Matthew Mohlman serves as the President of Monument Ventures, a financial consultancy that he founded in 2021 with the mission of becoming a diversified holding company that provides founders and entrepreneurs with a blueprint for starting and operating principles-driven businesses.  Before launching Monument Ventures, Matthew spent over a decade as an executive for top investment firms, including as the Chief Operations and Compliance Officer and General Counsel for Astor Investment Management and the Director of Legal and Compliance for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., then the largest independent registered investment adviser in the country.  Matthew holds a J.D. from the American University College of Law, is admitted to practice law in New York and Illinois, and has also held numerous securities licenses.

MATTHEW MOHLMAN

Frank Clement serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at America’s Christian Credit Union, where he manages engagement with key organizations within ACCU’s field of membership to achieve institutional growth and expand mission impact.  Frank primarily focuses on key markets like small businesses, faith-based nonprofits, and retail banking in all fifty states.  Before joining ACCU, Frank spent time working in energy policy, public relations, and higher education administration.  Frank holds an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and a B.A. in Humanities and Philosophy from Lee University.
